As annoying as his lack of offensive production is he still does a lot of things well defensively. He’s not going to sink you

If Lazar is gonna get a raise and we really don't wanna give it to him, I would probably be okay with turning that role over to Dowling next year. You know he isn't gonna make much.

He is older and I'm not sure management goes that route, but I think I'd be fine with it.
