Ward does. You could tell he was a little ticked off at the end of the game.
He only has himself to blame.

Westgarth with a whopping 1 minute and 45 second TOI.
Absolutely. Earning what Ward earns he should at least grow a couple extra arms to stop those goals.
They should probably just string up a hammock between the pipes for him so he can be more comfortable being stretched-out horizontal. Hate to overtax a guy who earns what he does.
With that salary he should at least hire a goaltending service to do the actual work between the pipes.

No idea why Westgarth was dressed tonight. The only logical explanation would be that Sutter is fighting a injury.
I'll bet that he'd have seen more ice time had the Isles started taking liberties. But they didn't. Because Westy was there waiting. ( drops mic )

noone's afraid of "enforcers". teams want to win by scoring goals and staying out of the box. Westgarth and guys like him, their days are rapidly coming to an end.
Nobody in the olden days wanted to win by scoring goals and staying out of the box. They just didn't think it through due to a lack of brain food nutrition which made them not so good at thinking it like the Mensa members that now populate the League. Everyone thinks much faster now.
Murphy has still been exhibiting one major issue, and it's turning the puck over. Not in the offensive zone, but in his own end of the ice. It's just so strange to see a player so confident with the puck in one end and then conversely so jittery in the other. I feel like some of it might be due to being somewhat afraid of physicality and getting hit on the forecheck. He'll throw pucks in the feet of forecheckers to get out of a situation where he might have the body played. He needs to learn that sometimes you're going to have to eat a few. Get the puck against the boards and buy some time for your partner to get there and help. Other than that, he's been solid enough defending off the rush and using his stick. He just needs to get that ironed out.
