I have actually been in the eye of a hurricane before. Hurricane Erin, 1995. It was "only" a category 1, but still plenty of damage. We walked around outside, blue skies, calm... but in the parking lot there was a big tree branch through the windshield of a friend's car.

Then the winds picked up again. Hurricanes are fascinating to me, I just wish there was no destruction with them.

All the electrical and linesman crews have left the area here once power was fully restored on Tuesday. They headed straight for Florida. Think there was around 100 crews.

A tornado came ashore in Cocoa Beach. No reports of any injuries, but a lot of damage include the roof of a Wells Fargo being ripped off
