(BTW three is good for one vowel and a double letter puzzle).

Another good word to start with is SOARE. Three vowels, one in the important second position, and confirms/eliminates the E in the common final position.
This is hilarious and also very true , haven't gone anywhere since 2019 and used to go away every winter.
