Just wondering what a fair value trade would be ?

Have watched a fair few Montreal games and have liked what I've seen from him.

Personally, I was thinking a 3rd round pick but wanted to gauge some other opinions on value?

Hudon to everyone apparently. I'm sure theyd let you have him for a 3rd, I've seen Montreal fans offer much less value for him on here.

He deserves to be in an NHL lineup for sure. He just doesn't fit into MTL's top 9. I'd say he's worth a late 3rd, or 4th rounder.

I doubt the Habs even get that for Hudon considering the logjam at the 13th and 14th forward position, and that he or Peca will likely be waived when Byron returns.

Interesting, every game I’ve seen, he’s caught my eye as well

he's a good player, just doesn't fit in with habs who already have a lot of smaller, skilled forwards. he's not a 4th liner and he can't crack top 9 in montreal

Offer a 5th or wait for him on the waiver wire.

4th or 5th and a guy like Adam Cracknell for Laval would work, he played well with Laval last year and we could use a depth forward after losing Agostino/Froese.
