It's clunky but it works.

For everyone else it is 5MB
That's per video, not per post. We may have to make some adjustments. A dedicated video forum if it gets too popular. I want to see how it goes.

You'll see the attachment in the post. At this point the only way to watch them is to download them.
Copy the link for the attachment. (eg
https://hfboards.mandatory.com/attachments/olivia-mp4.337285/)
Enclose the attachment link in video tags

Delete the attachments where you are given the option below the post.
