How Many Teams if Given an "Ideal Path" Could Win The Cup?

Carolina this year might be the easiest path I've seen in a long time. Whoever comes out of Florida-Toronto is going to be beat up.
Kinda wild that Carolina would have played two full rounds of worse opponents than Florida to reach the ECF despite having just one more point in the regular season.

Everyone says this, but nobody can actually say im wrong.

1st rd bye, 7 games against a Canucks team on their 3rd string goalie, and a Dallas team that just went through the ringer that was the last 2 cup champs.
O you're definitely wrong. Most people just aren't going to waste time replying.

Dallas wasn't missing a single guy that round and then they took Florida to game 7, losing by a goal. We understand you don't like Edmonton and don't want to give them credit. Must be the same story this year too, right? First round bye followed by a team that is just beat up and exhausted from their previous success over the last few years.

Sure looking forward to the excuse if they make it to the finals again.
