Pushing but not quite getting 70. I think he probably has more than Bedard just due to games played, better talent around him (a testament to how bad Chicago is), and an extra year of development. Don't understand why people are using Bedard as a measuring stick to say he would go under 60.

Starts off hot at PPG pace through the first 20. Slows down from Thanksgiving to All Star break, sometime in that span the Flyers have their annual 10 game lose streak, then Michkov ends the season hot. 50-60 points.

I picked 100+ points in the poll because it was funny.

Connor Bedatd had 61 points. I can see Matvai NOT coming close to that. If he ends up with 40 that would be a very solid season.
Actually I can as he is older and going to be playing with better offensive players, took 60-70 and frankly he could do better in a perfect storm type of situation.

Just not sure about the Torts situation though.

Lol... considering Michkov was always seen as an equal or better offensive player than Bedard AND being a year older his rookie season I would say he should outscore Bedards rookie season
No doubt that some will use the age thing to compare their first NHL seasons but I don't see Michov coming out on top of that argument but time will tell.
