How in the Blue Hell is Jordan Binnington the best Canada goaltender?

Canada doesn't deserve Binnington....dude gets nothing but hate...

Then he goes in and completely steals the game for Canada to win the 4 nations Cup. 😂

I guarantee that if any other Canadian goalie was in net, USA had the win, pretty easily.

...no, I admitted he was great in the 2nd half of last nights game; probably a half dozen times today...doesn't take away the fact that he was mediocre for most of the tournament...sorry facts are hard, amigo... :biglaugh:
 
In some ways, this is why this tournament is kind of silly.
Just needs to play 1 good game and now he's a hero and a champ
That's how short this tournament is.

Once the honeymoon is over, I still think he's a one-hit wonder that's pretty meh and a hothead with goofy on ice antics.

He wouldn't be the goalie of choice on a 2 month playoff run.

Binnington had a shaky start to the tournament, thought he would get rattled and lose his cool like he has a tendency to do at times, but he stayed focused and composed, game 7 Binnington showed up, great in the championship game.

Concerning the hot head stuff, can you even remember the last time he had one of these incidents? He said he wanted to put that stuff behind him a few seasons ago, then the 2022-23 season was so bad I know he had at least one of those moments. Since then I don't know if he's done anything outlandish. If he's a one hit wonder, it isn't a bad hit if it means he plays his best in the biggest games. He's stepped up and delivered amazing performances in big games more than he's had hothead moments.
