He has done better then I thought actually. The panel is not the greatest and could use a little more character which would help Gretz.
Gretz see's the game like no one else ever will but is a very nice and polite gentlemen. Does not always translate well as analyst. He is a better analyst then coach however.

Regardless of how "good" he is though, his comments about hockey will always be interesting because of who he is. I'm never going to complain if Wayne Gretzky is discussing something about the NHL.

Ferraro is in the same mold, and is the best personality in Hockey Media in my opinion. I really miss his daily Overdrive appearences.
Hard to say. It felt like he took November and December off. It was a 4-man panel for a while.
