How does Paul Bissonnette have a platform?

"I am mature" says the gentleman arguing on a messaging board.
Mature enough to not still be bragging about stories of girls from my 20s. Sure thing.

Talking about hockey to other like minded people is definitely similar though! Such a good point.

Source for ‘most actual adults’?

Not all of us adults are like you. Thus biz having a huge following.
Having a huge following of 16- 24 year olds sure.

Acting like you’re the only adult in the room is fun too lol
In my 30s and I love Biz and so do a lot of other guys my age. Sorry you don’t though, maybe lighten up a bit.

Trading war stories with the boys never gets old, Jesus you must be a real peach to be around
Same. It’s light humour instead of the stuffy ness that we’ve become accustomed to while watching hockey. How is that an issue?

How many non 16-24 year olds need to tell you your take is shit before you realize, your take is shit. I certainly don’t love him but he provides something different and is entertaining. Even if it makes you salty.

It’s great entertainment for immature, under developed people for sure !

I remember just last week Biz was telling Gretz about that time he "got buckled" and "banged broads" during the TNT broadcast, it was very funny and made me appreciate my fellow bros.

Yeah anyone who uses the term “beauty” in outside of hockey isn’t someone Ill ever value their opinion. So you’ve got that going for you.

Of course he’s an entertainer, and he’s got a great market for young kids like I already stated.

There’s a reason most actual adults find his humour ridiculous and don’t take her remotely serious. And that’s fine, it’s not his demo.
You're in the minority. Again like your hockey takes out to lunch, innacurate and somehow delivered with arrogance. You must really struggle with your confidence to approach the world with this type of attitude.

I played Junior big fella, we all had our share of “girls” stories. They were fun when you’re a kid. When you’re approaching 40? Yeah, not so much.

Some people grow up, others don’t. Story of life.
We all know you didn't play man. One call up to Jr C doesn't count.

Hi Tai!
Please give us another free nugget of "mature entertainment" knowledge!

The market of 16-224 year old “bros” love him because he acts just like them.

Any real adult knows he’s an idiot

What an arrogant opinion. Just because you have no sense of humor doesn't mean the rest of us have to be miserable as well.

I think a lot of people have a stereotype of Biz and Barstool as if it's a bunch of frat boys making rude comments nonstop, which shows that they have probably never even listened to a single episode. Spittin Chiclets is perhaps the best hockey content out there right now.

You know me so well! Dad?

Best hockey content for children, for sure !

Does Biz still do the stupid "not a big deal" catchphrase? I heard him say that in a couple of commercials or other videos. Other than that, I think he's okay.

Yes the sport that incorporates fighting is completely geared towards children (as if you have children to have any input or knowledge on how children should be raised). Don’t watch it if it’s not for you man. But don’t force your views on everyone else.

Children emotionally, not in age.

And I don’t watch him. The thread asked why he has a platform, and I answered why. He’s entertaining to people who still think what he has to say is “cool”. There’s a market for it, but most people grow out of that. You’ll get there.

Also weird you now claim to know my personal life as well…stalking me? I’ll be sure to let my wife and our 2 year old know?

A fan of South Park too? It all makes sense now!
