Wait, what? A Head Coach is suppose to know ALL the 18 year old kids in the draft? You're kidding me right? Coaches' really don't know what the have, until the kid plays in THEIR training camp. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. He's a head coach, he's there to coach his player's and not, all the other players in the league. Maturity a surprise? Oh my. Watching him play, you must know all about his personalty right? wow.

you seem to be alittle hot and bothered so its not my intention to throw fuel on the fire, but have you followed any drafts at all? or any scouting?
seriously, honest question.

these kids are interviewed. they are taken out by teams, tested. the teams interview family, friends, teammates, coaches, ex-teammates, ex-coaches. they dont just watch video replays of their games and figure hes good on the ice therefore he's mature.
they do their research and get to know the kid. its their job.
