If he was a 6'3 centre he would have been talked about as a #1 pick by everyone, but he's not, he's 5'9.

Isn't Rossi a reasonable recent comparable? He's not a top center but he's a successful NHL player as a smaller center. Depending upon whether you think Bjorck offers more than Rossi you can move him up or down a draft board accordingly.
