Every non-contending team treats their games against the Leafs as their Stanley Cup. They get up and play harder for these games. It's like the Leafs waiver claims, the rest of the league gets a kick out of embarrassing us. This team needs to understand that and adjust. No nights off, , not shifts off, no late starts.

Meanwhile the Leafs play everyone like they have a Stanley Cup hangover from all the expected championships.

lol remember the first time JT went back to NYI. the team talked about how they wanted to play for JT.

the leafs were utterly destroyed; physically beaten down; outscored; mocked; humiliated; fans ecstatic. the mayor had to declare a JT day to cheer up the team.
