There are enough minutes to go around, sure. There isn't enough cap space to go around though. The Bruins top 9 forwards is... okay. Doesn't look great. Improving the defense or goaltending isn't a team need. Improving the forwards is (especially if you can add a top line center). Why waste what little cap space you have on a luxury when they are more important things to worry about?

They have enough cap space for both Zadorov and Lindholm.

It's clear they are building from the goalie on out, with defensive play and team toughness being a priority.

Forward group definitely isn't amazing but there aren't too many amazing options out there, either.

Surprised how few have been predicted to STL. We had 12 mil in space. We now traded a guy (Hayes) with a second round pick to get to about 16 mil...no way you make that trade unless you're planning on spending to the cap now. If not, why not trade Hayes and like a 3rd or 4th next offseason when he only has 1 year left?
