We can't have one guy work his ass off and the others leeching off of his effort. That's not how we win games.

Instead, we all need to show some effort and go seek the lineups and the other game-related info ourselves. We can't expect everything to be handed to us on a silver platter. We gotta work for it.

This board being so disappointed in an underwhelming GDT speaks volumes about our current effort level as a group. All the fancy GDT's have made us soft. We're waiting for things to come to us and go our way.

But that's about to change tonight. We're gonna work hard, show some effort, check Chip's Twitter feed for the lines and break out of the slump. High effort GDT.
