Enjoying being a part of the league so far. First time playing in a fantasy league for hockey. I also dont like my keepers, so if you see a guy you like, Open for business.
This league doesn't have a lot of trading activity, I think because of the keeper aspect of it, but I still try to make deals every so often. Last year's trading deadline went by without many people really knowing about it, I think that was kind of my fault for not highlighting it or bringing more attention to it.

I'm down to make deals though, my team needs a lot of improvement. I drafted some younger guys (Beniers, Laf and Slaf) who I hope are going to improve, but there's not a lot on my team that I'm super attached to. Draisatl is probably the only guy on my team that I'd really hate to part with.

Yeah guys I am not able to keep up with this right now at all. If you can find someone to take the team over they are more than welcome. Otherwise I will do what I can to keep up with line ups, super sorry!

Haven't been able to do anything more than the bare minimum right now myself.

I'll post that your team is available, with your roster someone can easily salvage this season and have a nice future in the league. Hate to see you go, but I get it. Hang in there for a little bit with us if you can though.

Hold off If its not too late. I am getting in a better routine. Feeling the stress of the holiday season and a new born but I've been trying to remember to check it everyday. And I have a shot at beating jaster this week. That's a real confidence boost lol. Sorry for being a pain!

We didn't have any takers, I'll edit the post later tonight.

We have some close matchups now!

Yahoo is changing the controls of changing your lineup every other day it seems. Now it sucks again after it worked so good the last few days

EDIT nevermind its back to normal again. I had a check-box option for a few minutes before it disapeared again

Yeah, if you use the new button asking Yahoo to set your lineups with Active players for every day, make sure you look to see who they are putting in your positions. It was benching my best players.

I always set the line up my self - it just was a strange window of 5 minutes where the interface looked different and was just bad.

i already regret trading point away, he`s is burning down a few nice villages at the moment, with a lot of roaring ;)

Yeah I don't win my matchup last week without our trade, so it's already paying dividends. Looks like you just barely won a close one.

Now Blackwood is going to Colorado, I'm not sure if I should be happy or sad about that, lol

I have a rough week this week it seems like, minus fifteen games against my opponent it looks like. Hate it when that happens!

I still have the past weekends holiday spirits in my blood. Nice having nothing invested in these guys since it's my first year.
In this league I have drafted a lot of young guys too early to really reap the benefits on them. Dahlin, Stutzle etc, the list goes on, lol. I drafted four guys this year (Celebrini, Byfield, Slaf and Laf) that I hoped would break through and only one of them did, it's tough!

I'm liking the trades this year though, let's keep them coming!
