I ran outside yesterday and now I feel like I twinged my knee its all random pain-like. This is why I usually run indoors.

My body can't tolerate anything other than running uphill. Too much impact otherwise. That's why I do cycling & rowing and don't run at all.

I try not to give the festival booking people too much grief, I know people that do it and I know a lot of the time they're at the mercy of an artists tour or demands that can't be met. It's not easy making festival line-ups at all. Doesn't make it any less frustrating when less than desirable line-ups occur but I do feel a bit of empathy to the people that have to put it together.
