I played golf at the Fernwood course quite a bit back in the 90s/early 2000s. My buddy's family had a second house close by.
Back then all the younger cousins would hang out in the room watching tv and playing games and all the adults would go to the resorts bar (The Gas Light Lounge).
Years later when I turned 18 my buddies and I drove out their on a whim so I could see what I was missing. The answer was: not much.
I have a similar story to the Castaways bar in the Aztec hotel in Miami Beach.

Couldnt find a weather thread, felt this was the best spot.

Abosultely crazy storm. Hope everyone is doing ok and isn't dealing with anything major. I know several people who weren't so lucky.

Im up in Bergen County where we got over 7". Lots of cars lost. Essex got hit bad. Some of the videos on here are nuts

As someone who just lived in Vegas for a decade, you couldn't pay me to deal with the summers in Georgia or Florida. It's too bad, cause there's some really pretty places in those parts.

Really? I don't think they are that bad at all. I think it gets way overblown, especially near Atlanta. South Georgia on the other hand... that is where it starts to get hot.

As someone with an interest in eventually moving to Australia, but is deathly afraid of large spiders, what is a man to do
Good luck, man. They don't even have to be big for me to run away like a wuss (of course, I'm still the guy that has to kill all of them in the house). Australia seems like a chill place but with all its animals is like The Land of Nope.
