Overall the list could definitely be worse, but there is a bit too much name-recognition bias in places I feel.
Did Hayton, Välimäki and Liljegren really deserve to be as high as they are for example?

41 games played? seems arbitrarily to say half a season as a qualifier. Some teams have the need to bring in players sooner and not wait. Why not just best under 22 as it a better measure as to what teams have as far as future for their teams.

Too early to tell still, though I will say at this moment I am slightly concerned about Barrett Hayton as a prospect. Right now my feeling is that he was probably rushed to the NHL too soon.
