And lead the world juniors in scoring at 16 years old. And lead the world juniors again in scoring at 17 years old.

And dominated against NCAA teams as well.

I personally don't care where Demidov (or any Hab player) falls in these polls. Go look at previous years polls: nothing worth bragging.

I mean we all want to believe our prospects are the best. It's an understandable feeling. I haven't been hot on MTL prospects in a really long time. To finally get a player like Demidov feels surreal to me. I mean: a potential star forward in Montreal?

I've loved everything I've seen of Demidov so far. I even pick him (slightly) over Michkov, as crazy as that sounds to some. And I absolutely love Michkov (still bitter we didn't draft him last year). I also really like Smith on here (my next pick).

I guess for me, Demidov not being in nhl this year would take him down a bit…. I’m more inclined to throw the guys that should be in the Calder race (michkov, smith, celebrini, gauthier etc) at the top of my prospect pool.

I also don’t think there is a big difference in the top 10 after celebrini/michkov…. I think a bunch of players have arguments
