Over the last five years he's a .918% goalie with a GSAA of 71.6. Yeah, I'd say he's pretty good.

At least he’s down a whopping three spots from last year. I think he finished 11th when we did this poll last year. I told you he’d finish before 15th this year on this poll. Still probably the most overrated goalie in the league, though recency bias has inflated a few of these goalies this year, particularly Bobrovsky in 10th. Six hot weeks in the Spring has him soaring.

As I keep saying, you can convince me Gibson is an average goalie that suffers playing behind a horrific team, but you can’t sell me that he’s a particularly good goalie anymore. Unless you wanna sell me that Stolarz and Dostal are also really good, and that 19-20 Ryan Miller was arguably as good as 09-10 Ryan Miller and I don’t think anyone is really selling that, and I sure ain’t buying it.
