Tonight is a playoff game! looking at both teams schedule it looks like its gonna be super tight in terms of points earned after tonight. If Montreal loses tonight it is gonna come down to the final game or two.
The Canuck's schedule is pretty hellacious the rest of the way.

Every day is a good day to be a Vegas fan. To wit:

1. No matter what happens, Vegas will remain atop the league in points and points percentage.
2. Vegas fans can hope a fraction of their decimated forward corps can heal over the three day break.

I don't know Calgary or Vancouver's schedules, but even if the Habs win this one I don't think they're making it. They've been pretty much awful for probably 20-25 games. That hot start is such a distant memory. Hard to see why they'd suddenly revert to the way they started.
