@BigDaddyLurch you deleted your post before I could say we have 96 too lol
I just assumed you looked at the standings and didn't add the 2 for winning tonight lol...yeah, I lost the conversation for a second and forgot to add the extra point...cuz I'm a dumbass...![]()

As I said in the Flames GDT, Sam Morton looks like Connor McDavid, except more handsome

That or a situation of "damn, he's not coming back"Parekh said that both the owner and the GM of Saginaw were at the game tonight. that's going above and beyond to support the kid IMO

huh, his old man had a decent career for a guy I can't recallWard gets his first career NHL goal. His dad played for the Kings briefly in the 1993-94 season. First time father and son have dressed for the Kings.
I'm 1 of maybe a 2 or 3 on both sides on my family to reach the 6'0" mark. Son is not on pace but the daughter... Wife's father is 6'5" and she has great uncles on the other side (twins) that were 6'7" and 6'8". Could be athletes if all goes well...my Dad was 6'0...we were looking eye to eye when I was in Grade 5 (I was 11)...
...it's not that bad, amigo...we're all just fluffy...![]()

Well, that's a wrap on our season.
I had the Flames pencilled in as a bottom 5 team this year... but Huska sacrificing offense for a strong system and giving the guys confidence, Wolf standing on his head... we finish with 96 points... It's a weird feeling of being proud of them and still super disappointed we never got 1 more point.

Ironic username thenMeanwhile I'm still waiting for my growth spurt at age 38...
f***ing Theo Fleury build. *slashes ankles*
Unfortunately the boy is young but not nearly as aggressive of an individual as I was with sports. The daughter is the one I have more faith in becoming an athlete but both are young...get 'em into skates NOW!!...my boy's 6'4 and 280lbs, but he was a goon when he was a kid, so he didn't play hockey long (uncoordinated like his mother); oldest daughter is 5'11 but is a Princess, so she never played sports; youngest daughter played soccer, but she's only 5'4 (short like her mother)...and they're all in their 30's now, so a Professional Athlete career isn't in the cards...oldest grandson is 10 and a goalie, though (like Papa was), and he's 5'1, so there's hope...
...Flames went far past what was predicted of them, amigo...it was a successful Season...now just don't win the Draft Lottery so my Habs get your pick...![]()
