man Byfuglien's tires getting pumped for falling onto Davidson's knee or what? -2 through 2, poor coverage on the 1st goal and the primary mistake in the 2nd. HOW ARE THE OILERS GOING TO HANDLE HIM, HE'S BEEN SO DOMINANT!?

and he did. it was close, but he did.
I have no dog in this fight. just going by what I saw on the replays I saw during this game from the national feed.
I am sure the Wild feed disagrees with the call.

Haha I am no Wild fan. Just watching it on NBCSN. To me, I wouldnt call that possession. He didnt have it on his stick as he entered the zone.

Honestly, i am starting to agree with the people who think the offsides challenge needs to be removed.

Edmonton spends a lot of time getting knocked off the puck, but Winnipeg can't find the equalizer.

That's not how possession works. If you stick-handle and the puck isn't on your stick, you're still in control. Also, keep in mind that the puck isn't considered to be in the offensive zone until it entirely crosses the blue line. So, yes, he actually did drag the puck into the zone on his stick.
