A little blast from the past in the 70's

My Brother is middle top row with the C on his chest and left of him (our left) is Fred Boimstruck.....Fred had a cup of coffee with the Leafs in the early 80's.....His fight with Curt Fraser is on youtube....

Number 4 two players to my brother's right (our right) is my cousin Robbie........He's been commissioner of the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League (NOJHL) since 2011.

Top left (our left) the coach in the red jacket wearing glasses is Dennis Crisp.......Terry's brother.....For anyone that doesn't know Terry coached the Soo Greyhounds in the OHL and coached the Flames when they won the cup in 89......The last time 2 Canadian teams met in the finals..........

...been to Amalie a few times when down visiting my baby Brother & Family...even got on TSN for a second while I was chirping Zach Bogosian after he took a penalty against the Habs (was right behind the Tampa penalty box)...like the Arena, hated the parking...

Getting here sucked. We checked into where we’re staying tonight, which is three miles away. 35 minutes through rush hour traffic got us to a parking lot that’s still half a mile from the arena.

I shouldn’t complain too much. Once we got out of the car my husband pushed me the rest of the way.

I wonder if Thompson will demand a trade if the Sabres (Not knowing his contract situation) are going no where. The team may have been bad this year, but he has been a really bright spot.

He certainly has.
And really, offensively, you can find quite a few Sabres having good years.

Defensively however, in the net, and the overall confidence of the team....that is another story entirely.
