That turnover was at least 50% on Marner. He presented his stick and acted like he was turning back for it, then as soon as Matthews looked away he turned back to the bench.

When the forechecker is on a guy hard like Marchand was, you can't fake him out like that.

Either way, I have no idea why Marner and Matthews gets getting shifts, just atrocious coaching to put them out there for 85% of OT.

Who else are they going to put, the slowest player in the NHL, Tavares? The worst player in the NHL, Reaves?

It was everything wrong with 3v3 overtime. Just players skating in circles trying to tire out the opposition but then getting tired themselves and making stupid mistakes.
