Tampa’s insistence on keeping games close at all times is fascinating.
Tampa doesn't make it easy for themselves against these guys. Last season they blew a 3 and a 4 goal lead against the Flyers, both in the 3rd period.

Too bad Yamamoto wasn't up sooner...he would easily be in the convo for Calder.

He’s easily one of the top handful of rookie forwards. I mean, he’s carrying Draisaitl right now.

If Draisaitl stays at his current pace he'll hit 130 points...crazy numbers. Has anyone beaten Crosby's 120 since the lockout of 05-06?

Larsson played 26 minutes this afternoon, I honestly can’t see him moving
Nor should he. He needed some time to find his game after being injured in the first game of the season, but he has been very good for a while now. Sure he's had a tough game here and there, but despite some people on this board crapping on him any chance they get, he has actually been very very solid.

If the Oilers are going to mail it in every season and not make the playoffs, Larsson is useless. If they make the playoffs every year, he is still quite important.
