I really do think they need a back court violation in Hockey. Say if you take it back before center ice, you have to turn it over to the other team.

I'd say they have plenty of those just none of them are really top-level. And, you got to give it to them, that's what they have really tried to address via draft.

The rink itself and lower bowl is underground the upper bowl is the only part that is above ground.
