Yeah, Samsonov got lucky he got to win a game against the choker Ullmark. He was swept clean by Swayman.

I thought both goals in Game 7 were on Samsonov. The first goal was a complete muffin that an ECHL goalie should stop. The OT winner, he forgets he has a stick in his hand and lets Pastrnak just deke him while he makes a snow angel. He had the option to beat Pastrnak to the puck OR poke check the puck away, he choose to do a snow angel instead. Rielly was even yelling at Samsonov to play the puck but he was too scared and decided to make a snow angel.

I'm pretty confident Woll shuts out Boston in Game 7. I didn't think Boston had 1 good chance in regulation all game.

Wasn't Marner's man. He's not supposed to shadow the forward and be the last man back as a winger on a delayed icing. Samsonov was the one who choked. Bruins got a home ice bounce and Samsonov didn't take advantage of his position or stick.

But regardless, the game doesn't even go there if Samsonov didn't allow a muffin.

Am increasingly doubtful that Bedard going to be a Kapizov-like true franchise player who can regularly carry a team.

I get ya, Sammy sucked but Marner has been a total flop in every series. His stats in games 5, 6 and 7s throughout his career is down right pathetic.
