How did the ref come to that decision? You don't see it cross the line, and I would call that inconclusive. They blow up the video so much that you still can't tell and I feel like one shouldn't blow up video so close to determine goal or not. It's the same thing I feel about Offsides. If it's not obvious, let it go. Hockey isn't played in inches or zoomed in.
