Bedard will never be at mcdavids level.. bedard only has a sick shot. Not enough speed.

Not true at all. He has some pretty incredible hockey IQ and playmaking ability. I do wish he was faster though. And I agree that he’ll never reach McDavid’s level.

Ummmm, Bedard is a hell of a hockey player and clearly more than “just a sick shot”. And. . . . He’s 18, I don’t think he’s quite a finished product
I have seen quite a few players improve their skating skills dramatically as they mature and work with pro skating coaches…….the kid is driven….

I mean he is an incredibly smart hockey player, amazing release, great passer, but he isn't McDavid and he never will be. No one has ever played the game like him.

For sure. Kid is already a star and will only get better. Comparing to McD is honestly just silly.

Bedard is gonna be a hell of a hockey player, but I don't think he comes close to mcdavid. He is more like a mathhews type player. Will definitely be at the top of the stats board for years to come....

No puck support for Bedard. Poor fella, lol
He played 3 years for a terrible Regina team and now 7 or 8 for a horrible Hawks team. he could have refused to sign with Chicago and forced a trade if he didn't want to be on a loser for years.

Exactly.. there may never be another mcdavid ever.
