Most are too broad and that leaves it open for refs to interpret the same play 2 different ways. For example the bullshat goalie interference penalty. How can you leave it up he refs to decide whether the goalie could have made a save? Look at the save Sorokin made this afternoon. If he had been interfered with they would have said there is no way he could have made that save.
