Rangers having good depth players for once and not having a hockey terrorist for a head coach results in the team not relying on their goaltenders to be actually good?

Wild concept.

This team is a wagon and Chytil/Fox aren't back yet.
They will still fade in the playoffs.

Woll back in for the Leafs tonight. If the goaltending trends continue the Leafs are going to be riding the bubble all season. It isn’t their only problem, but it’s a big one. 5 regulation wins in 18 games. Penguins always give the Leafs a hard time as well

The Habs were killed by former Maple Leafs today: 2 goals from Trevor Moore and 1 from Carl Grundstrom. Former Hab Phillip Danault almost added insult to injury by scoring, as well.

Former Leafs often look better once they leave the pretender for a contender.

Having said that Allen had a less than spectacular game... especially on that second Moore goal.

Actually Kings weren't very good. 1 good goal and 3 weak ones on the sieve Allen. Habs were terrible though as expected playing 3 games in 4 days.
Notice where the Leafs get a huge advantage with Friday's game starting early and Saturday's game starting late.

Never such favorability for the Habs.
