Quick has played better than Igor. Highly doubt it would make much of a difference if Igor was in there.

I think they could be great next year after they shed Lindgren and Trouba if they're smart and make good adds on the backend. They should replace them with mobile puck movers. Do something like what Carolina did adding Ghost and Walker. If they do that they'll be legitimately great rather than fake great with Igor having to carry in the playoffs

Kreider, Panarin, Trocheck, are pushing like 33. Zibby is 31? Trouba is washed, they tried to move him.

So it’s Fox, Miller and Laffy that are key guys that are still young. They need more from Cuylie, and Kakko.

Yeah, you’re right - he’s breaking out. Still young and needs to do it consistently over a season to establish himself. But yea - not part of the problem.
