I think it'll age just fine. I still think Nashville is closer to a 7-10th seed than a contender, but they should be much better than they are. Colorado is just banged up real bad right now. Calgary will fall off and then sell some vets (or would if they're smart).

Over the past 2 seasons they've managed to lose a lot of offense and get slower. Probably not a great recipe for success. Last 6 games Boston has been outscored 24-9.

Coach will probably get canned soon and shoulder the blame for the slow start, but the person who put the roster together should take some blame. Overpaying Zadorov and the foolish goalie contract, among other things, are going to haunt the GM. The current NHL is about offense and speed, two things the GM missed the memo on.
