I don't see how it wasn't goalie interference. Sure Kelly pushed the guy down but he spun into the goalie. It's not like he pushed him INTO the goalie.

Regardless, Benson does not make any contact with the goalie if not for Kellys actions. It turned out as bad as possible for the Avs, but the NHL called the whole scenario according to the rules. Rules are never perfect but they were followed.

Refs discretion. Well they discredited wrong. A goalie laying on his back inside the net for a solid 5-10 seconds felt like eternity on the ice.

So because Colorado complained enough, they were able to convince the refs to make a close call on Buffalo and get the game within one goal. Gotta respect the hustle.
