Colorado needed to posses the puck to get a whistle because it was caused by their own playerIt doesn't matter. If it was a player with a serious injury on the ice they would've blown the whistle regardless.
Not if it's a serious injury. Also Benson wasn't even pushed into the goalie. He was being pushed in the other direction then spun into the goalie.Colorado needed to posses the puck to get a whistle because it was caused by their own player
1. Colorado player caused itKelly is an idiot. Just not sure how the ref didn’t see Wedgwood completely injured. Not sure what the rule is for injured goalie in that kind of scenario.
That was one of the worst called goals ive seen in a while. Goaltender interference or missed stoppage due to injury. So easy to call that back.
LolNot if it's a serious injury. Also Benson wasn't even pushed into the goalie. He was being pushed in the other direction then spun into the goalie.
Watched it, Canada would have won that if they hadn't tanked the first period.
I don't see how it wasn't goalie interference. Sure Kelly pushed the guy down but he spun into the goalie. It's not like he pushed him INTO the goalie. That was one of the worst called goals ive seen in a while. Goaltender interference or missed stoppage due to injury. So easy to call that back.

Because ot was caused by colorado player they must poses the puck to get a whistle .Not if it's a serious injury. Also Benson wasn't even pushed into the goalie. He was being pushed in the other direction then spun into the goalie.
Got it. Since whatever CL is maybe torn that doesnt count.Because ot was caused by colorado player they must poses the puck to get a whistle .
You need something like obvious blood or goalie mask coming off.
Many times players are hurt and no whistle
The one clown ref with the big eyes always sucks.Regardless the refs completely lost control of the game. Classic NHL refs.
So he should blow the whistle if the goalie lost his mask because he could get injured but he shouldn't blow the whistle since he's already injured? Makes perfect sense.Because ot was caused by colorado player they must poses the puck to get a whistle .

Need possession or it’s referees discretion on the injury. It’s a stupid ruleGoalie injured in the crease lying down in pain, no whistle, Sabres score with Wedgewood down. Never seen that before.
