Depends where you are from, we didn’t have middle school. Grade 7 was still elementary for me. I was like lurch compared to the rest of the kids, my coaches loved me. Helped I was also an above average player

I was such a skilled player that they counted the only basket I ever scored, after calling me for traveling just because it actually went in. I learned I was a better ref than a player.

...I was just tall in Junior High (Grades 5-9) and a good shot-blocker/defensive player...practiced alot in the Summers (when I wasn't working) and got a lot better in High School...and it didn't hurt I was 6'7 by the time I was 16...

I wish the Jackets had made the playoffs (not instead of the Habs but instead of any other team), they had a great season, very resilient team. There's talent for the future, a lot to look forward to.

And I like the damn cannon.

All things considered, they need to go into the off seasons with heads held high. One hell of a season for that group.
