I work outdoors and have done mostly body resistance work since I was a kid. Also do cardio stuff, which I'd suggest for cutting, but any workout is good these days and our genes are all different.

Yup I hear you. I'm actually down considerably in weight after overcoming some addictions. Been lifting for 2 years, excited to see the end result of the cut. On my arms and legs where I didn't have much fat I am swole af. Torso I can feel the muscles but still too flabby.

Genes are a thing, and that's a lot of weight to be cutting, just keep it up, and know it's already an accomplishment.
