Bedard basically invisible. Was active on the PP but just blends in 5 on 5
The Hawks' Ryan Donato.
Having a really good year after stumbling and bumbling through his Bruins, Sharks, and Wild tenures.
That said, he is a pending UFA...and he MIGHT be Fool's Gold.
Wouldn't surprise me if someone gave him a nice fat contract based on this season, and goes back to being bottom sixer extraordinaire...with the pedestrian numbers to match...
Yeah, I wouldn't want to overpay for him, but I think he'd be good with the right linemateI was thinking why the Lightning didn't try to trade for him, or even sign him in the off season....but again...I worry based on his track record.
He either FINALLY broke out and this is who he is.... or is playing way above his head and someone's gonna get burnt on a contract.
He is the epitome of complete wild card.
Nashville scores early and makes it 1-0.![]()
No worries...plenty of time for your boys to get back into the Empty Cup playoffs.![]()
They did go much further but i just was never sold on them for some reason..........Not surprised Boton out scored them 23-8 in the finals.....And I'd say the Sedin Nucks were better
Hawks like d. Mailloux for Reichel.Reichel draws a penalty... where is his head and his game in all of this? Seems he desperately needs another opportunity in the NHL with someone else.
The East really has fallen off a cliff....this Habs team is horrific.
But the Naslund-Bert teams never came closeThey did go much further but i just was never sold on them for some reason..........Not surprised Boton out scored them 23-8 in the finals.....
He's, I believe, a Rangers fan, so it's understandableYea, because one, still very young Habs team is representative of an entire Conference.
Top of the East has real contenders, and really, Montreal is STILL learning how to win.
The fact they are on the verge of a playoff spot at this stage of their rebuild against the powerhouse East teams is impressive on their part.
Horrific is hardly the word I'd use for them.
Year 3 of a rebuild. Go talk to Detroit, Pittsburgh, Boston, Buffalo, NYR, NYI, etcThe East really has fallen off a cliff....this Habs team is horrific.
He's just not a very effective 5v5 player at this stage of his developmentBedard basically invisible. Was active on the PP but just blends in 5 on 5

Pittsburgh, Boston and the Rangers have been powerhouses for years, and those at the top today inevitably will be at the bottom again tomorrow. Cycle of life of an NHL team. Except for Buffalo because bad ownership is much harder to get rid ofYear 3 of a rebuild. Go talk to Detroit, Pittsburgh, Boston, Buffalo, NYR, NYI, etc

You’re complaining the east is shit and Montreal doesn’t deserve to be fighting for a playoff spot. Montreal is actually overachieving. It’s your tone that sucks.I mean, 4 of those teams have either just started, or not even began one yet.
I don't get your point..."These teams are worse" ...Sure, if I stated the Habs were the worst team in the league, you may have a point.
No sadly they never did. (like i said above, not enough in net)But the Naslund-Bert teams never came close
