I disagree. They have a nice group of prospects that are big and have upside in Dickinson, Chernyshov, Lund, Musty, Bystedt and Halttunen. Then, you have the elite talent in Celebrini, Smith, and Eklund.

I have no factual basis for thinking this, but i think that chasing the goal scoring record really motivated the capitals, and now that the record is Ovi's they are in for an emotional let down and they weren't really the team people thought they were this year, and next year they will be back to where they've been the last few years.

I can't help but think this.
