Who the hell cares. The point is he is NOT an NHL goaltender. Primeau has been great at the AHL level and so far fails at the NHL level.
I don't disagree. You're talking to a jackets fan who have two goalies on the roster that are borderline not NHL quality. Most of the Jackets fans on here want a complete overhaul of the goaltending this off-season..

I love and have always respected his oeuvre. That being said, Tom Wilson is a fraudulent tough guy. Imagine if he played that way in an era that had guys like Mark Tinordi, Bob Probert, Marty McSorley, Rick Tocchet, Wendel Clark, Stu Grimson, Keith Primeau, Bryan Marchment and Gino Odjick. He'd be taken out in a body bag.

Tom Wilson is 6’ 4” 220lbs. He would be fine I assure you. The Wilson derangement syndrome is strong in this thread

Yeah. Wilson could have been successful in any era. People don't realize he has had to dial back to a certain degree because the league likes to neuter his type. Dude is tough as nails and in previous eras could have unleashed more than he has in his era. Power forwards with skill and toughness such as Wilson and prime Lucic could have thrived at any time in NHL history.

He would have been successful, no doubt. He wouldn't have been considered the best power forward like he is today (with the exception of Brady Tkachuk), IMO. He is on par with a Chris Gratton type.

It’s wild how open the East is for Washington/Carolina. One of them advances by default against an Atlantic team that knocks out two of the better conference teams there.

As they should. Habs have 2 decent goaltenders but whether they are good enough for a Cup run is questionable. They have Fowler though who may be getting his 1st AHL game tonight.

Another bizarre situation in Columbus - Voronkov got a 10 min misconduct during a scrum, but Columbus didn’t know. So later he was out on a PP and got a 2 minute ineligible player minor and a game(?) misconduct
Seems like that is on the officials and not Columbus. Never seen this before.
