Leafs-Bolts was good. Insane game between the Wild and Sharks. Ducks with a late comeback against the Flames. Late winner for the Oilers against the Blues.

I don’t like Binnington as sometimes he is being a total bitch making an issue where there isn’t one to make up for his inability to perform.

However, I had no problem with him sticking up for himself this evening. He was getting pushed around a bit too much.

Sure, no issues with him standing up for himself as long as refs call the penalty on him which they did.
Goalies just shouldn't be allowed to attack players from behind and not get penalized.

Missed cheap shots that get uncalled are more frustrating to watch

He skated into the dirty area as he is suppose to with the play still alive. Refs could've whistled the play down if they felt Binny was in trouble.

...he INTENTIONALLY skated into Binnington's head & neck area...I luv Perry; followed him his entire career and was ecstatic when he joined the Habs, but that play could have ended horribly for Binnington...ask Clint Malarchuk...

As I said in a couple of different threads about the incident, it was the Blues defence men with the fail.

The whistle came far too late, but when your goalie has the puck trapped, you have to react to the opposition digging to get it loose. This is ingrained in the sport as code. It’s a part of the game. Binnington’s teammates stood and watched. He had to react how he did, and should be ripped his teammates in the dressing room after the fact for not doing their job.
