Tampa has one penalty against them all game, and even then, they had to review it to make sure it's a penalty. They really didn't want to call it.

Tampa had no call against them actually, they didn't call high stick on JT, they just saw the blood and call it in case to watch the replay.

Nah, basically in the playoffs they don't call any penalties for anybody except too many men. That's why PP merchants usually disappear very early.

I take it you've never seen a Leafs playoffs series. It's basically a gong show with penalties galore. Leafs manage to get a few suspensions thrown in as well.
