Regarding Hutson.....remember how many people would tell others how he wouldn't be able to do this and that in the NHL....who does all that and then some. At year 1.

I’ve always said nice things about him. He’s a great player and a lot of fun to watch.

He’s like Quinn Hughes stylistically.

Like the trajectory of Hughes, I think there’s a lot of room to improve defensively as he’s still just a rookie.

No. 4 of the past 5 games the last two seasons Columbus has been fortunate to face Samsonov in the middle of a collapse where he was awful, and this year they got to face a kid in Hildeby twice.

Against a proper goaltender they’ve been held to two and (so far) zero goals against the Leafs.
