Edmonton made it a game and didn't Quit. Ended up being a pretty good game and maybe a possible second round preview. Of course by that time Drai and McDavid will be back so should be a much more exciting match up (if it happens).

Did I watch the refs gift the Stars 3 straight PPs in a single period to get them back in the game like what happened tonight? No.

Stop your whining, your team won the game.

Don’t worry, when McDavid and Drai are playing the NHL will never give the Oilers that many PPs. The last 2 games are the Oilers most (tonight with 6) and 3rd most (vSeattle, last game, with 5) power plays of the season. Coincidentally, occurring when the Oilers are without 80% of their top PP talent.

Also, the Stars have the 3rd most PP opportunities… the Oilers are ranked 26th. It’s not even a question who benefits more from officiating, between these 2 teams.
