GDT: HFBoards GDT: 03/16/2025 | A bunch of games with THE game today.

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server

Haven't seen a lot of your team this hear but i keep hearing people putting Verhaeghe down.....

Has he really fallen off that much ? He was getting a reputation as one of the most clutch guys in the league..........
His shots aren't going in. He's getting them, but that's basically his role on the team. He's always been the weak link for checking or defending on any line. I wouldn't blame him per se, as he's been more of a playoff performer than most. So he can turn it around.

It doesn't help that he's been on the ice for a lot of empty net goals against.

A lot of plays die on his stick. Really hard to watch. But if he redeems himself in the playoffs and is back to being clutch I won't complain.

That's always kind of what I expected from him. He's the guy who shoots when everyone else won't, Bennett is similar but brings many other things. He's doing that, just not cashing in. The contract might be rich for that, but his playoff resume got him that.
