It hit the middle of his shaft, which was below the crossbar. If the tip was with the blade of his stick, it would’ve been high.

OEL was still in the dumps some..... didn't help when VAN hired Tocchet because there was a ton of friction between them in Arizona.

It was around his shoulder height if not above, and ain't no way that his shoulder is under the crossbar.

Was clearly a high stick, pretty easy to confirm by just watching the replay IMO.
