Had a couple guys once when I was a referee for an adult league game do just about exactly that. They got into a big fight on the ice, and once it all settled down and we kicked them out of the game, they immediately went after each other in the dressing room hallway. We gave them match penalties for that.

I think that was the same game where one of the two participants came back out onto the ice after the game in his street clothes, wanting to start even more shit with me and the other referee. Don't know exactly what happened to the guy afterwards, but I'm sure he served a lengthy suspension for it.
